Welcome to St. Bernadette Catholic Parish.

“The parish is where the Church (you and I) live. Parishes are communities of faith, of action and of hope. The parish is where the Gospel is proclaimed and celebrated, where believers are formed and sent to renew the earth. The parish is the home of the Christian community; they are the heart of our Church. Parishes are the place where God’s people meet Jesus in word and sacrament and come in touch with the source of the Church’s life.”We are glad you are here!

Rosary

Following 8am daily (MTW) mass, pray the Holy Rosary with other mass attendees. If you aren’t familiar with praying the rosary, this is a great opportunity to join a loving group and follow along as others lead. If you are very familiar with praying the rosary, come and lead us in prayer.  All are welcome.

33 days to Divine Mercy

St. Bernadette parishioners have been reading the 33 Days to Merciful Love by Fr. Michael Gaitley.  Meet weekly to watch a video talk given by Fr. Gaitley, discuss key points of Divine Mercy and their meaning while looking at how Divine Mercy can be greater in their own lives. There will be a Consecration to Divine Mercy on April 24th following the 10 am mass. If you have never participated in a consecration, make plans to attend the 10am Mass on 4/24 and share in the prayers.

Women of Faith

Get inspired! If you think you have learned, it all; you think you are at an age where you have mastered the faith; you think your done learning all that God has for you; stop in and meet this group of women. Somedays you may find them watching a streamed video and digging in their bibles, listening to a podcast or having a discussion about an article someone in the group read. They press themselves further into Christ and seek to understand God’s plan for them, even after retirement. They are loving and look upon new people as a blessing from God..

Women’s Bible Study

This group was inspired to gather by the organization, Walking with Purpose. They have read several of the books written by this author and find the opportunity to read scripture while incorporating their life experiences, has provided direction during their journey toward living the life God has planned for them. All are welcome.

That Man is You (TMIY)

That Man Is You came together to specifically study the curriculum of the TMIY postulate. Now, they are a men’s group who continues to delve into the depths of the Catholic Faith to gain greater understanding of their own personal role as a man for God and their personal relationship with the Holy Trinity. They explore a variety of aspects of the church from the Father’s of the Church, a deeper understanding of Mary to what is the meaning of all that is said in the Creed. They welcome anyone who would like to take their faith just a little deeper than where it is right now.

Adoration

Eucharistic Devotion

Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament flows from the sacrifice of the Mass and serves to deepen our hunger for Communion with Christ and the rest of the Church.
The importance of Eucharistic Adoration is shown in the fact that the Church has a ritual that regulates it: the Rite of Eucharistic Exposition and Benediction. This is an extension of the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament which occurs in every Mass: “Behold the Lamb of God, behold him who takes away the sins of the world. Blessed are those called to the supper of the Lamb.” Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament flows from the sacrifice of the Mass and serves to deepen our hunger for Communion with Christ and the rest of the Church.  The Rite concludes with the ordained minister blessing the faithful with the Blessed Sacrament.  Come spend some time with Jesus.  He has so many things He wants you to hear.

Youth on Fire

This is the young men and women of St. Bernadette. Our parish offers Youth group meetings, fundraising, fun times, and prayer to the 4th through 12th grade youth looking to encounter Christ. We are all saints in the making and the Youth on Fire is the group to encounter Christ amongst their peers.
