Joan de Joanes (1510-1579)

The Last Supper – Joan de Joanes (1510-1579)

At Mass, we receive the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Lord in the Eucharist from the Extraordinary Ministers of the Holy Eucharist.  Going even a step further, many of these ministers bring the Lord to those who are confined to their homes, to nursing homes and hospitals.

Eucharist Ministers have taken to heart what St. Paul wrote to the Romans, “For as in one body we have many parts, and all the parts do not have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ and individually parts of one another.”

Please contact the Parish Office for more information on becoming a Extraordinary Minister of the Holy Eucharist.
